Our team is focussed on: Attracting and retaining leading and emerging retail brands Negotiating new lease deals and renewals Developing and executing retail leasing strategies Ensuring the highest shop design and presentation standards Your Opportunity: We’re seeking a motivated Leasing Executive to manage kiosk leasing across four Westfield destinations in our NSW portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a retail leasing professional looking to step into a market-leading organisation, with a clear pathway to progress into shop leasing and broader portfolio roles within our business. You’ll play a key role in driving commercial outcomes, enhancing retailer relationships, and delivering the right mix of brands to maximise performance across your centres. What Sets You Apart You thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and have a proven track record in retail leasing whether from a landlord or agency background. You combine commercial insight with relationship-building finesse and are motivated by achieving great results for both the business and our retail partners. Retail leasing experience with a shopping centre landlord, operator, or as an agent representing owners or retail groups Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to structure and close deals that deliver superior financial results Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and develop effective leasing strategies Exceptional relationship management – you understand retailers’ needs and can build trusted, long-term partnerships A proactive and resilient mindset – you’re self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and enjoy taking ownership of projects from concept to completion A team-first attitude – you enjoy collaborating with internal stakeholders in design, development, operations, and legal to deliver the best outcomes About us Scentre Group owns 42 Westfield destinations across Australia and New Zealand.
